Invesco Real Estate has sold three Swedish logistics assets on behalf of a pan-European real estate strategy.
Bråviken Logistik, a new company set up by Pareto Securities, bought the 140,000 sqm portfolio.
The assets are located in Nyköping, Norrköping and Jönköping, which Invesco said were key logistics hubs for the Swedish market
They are fully let to Nyköping Municipality, Stadium and Aditro Logistics, respectively.
Rob Johnston, senior director for transactions in the UK and Nordics at Invesco Real Estate, said: “We are delighted with the sale of our trio of logistics assets to Bråviken Logistik, which has been managed through our on-the-ground partner in Sweden, Scius Partners.
“The assets are modern distribution units and through active management, we are pleased to have acheived our business plans and achieve a good return to our investors.”
Invesco said it maintained a positive view of the Swedish real estate market and will seek further opportunities in the region.
