GLOBAL – Patrizia, Ask Developments, Corio Deutschland, AEW Europe, GBW, PointPark Properties P3
Patrizia – Georg zu Stolberg has been appointed as managing director of Patrizia GewerbeInvest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft (KAG). He will manage the Hamburg-based company alongside Sebastian Lohmer, who joined Patrizia GewerbeInvest at the beginning of June, replacing Martin Lemke. Zu Stolberg was previously commercial director at Internos and Internos Global Investors KAG (Frankfurt/Main) for three years.
Ask Developments – Ken Knott is leaving Manchester developer Ask Developments, where he has been chief executive, and will be replaced by John Hughes. Hughes has been a development director at Ask for more than 10 years and was made a board director in 2008. Knott’s exit from the firm was amicable, it said, adding that he would remain as a shareholder.
Corio Deutschland – Tony de Graaf has been named COO, reporting to chief executive Jörg Banzhaf. De Graaf previously advised the company in a freelance capacity and spent three years as head of mall management for Redevco’s Turkish properties. He spent a further three years at DTZ as director supervising projects in Russia, Turkey and Germany.
AEW Europe – Tim Hennes is joining AEW Europe as head of asset management for Germany and Central Europe. He previously worked at PointPark Properties as head of asset management for Western Europe and was vice-president with responsibility for Western Europe and joint ventures at Heitman.
GBW – Ernst Holland is leaving his role as chief executive of Bavarian housing company GBW on 30 September and will be replaced by Claus Lehner. The company said Holland was leaving for personal reasons. Lehner is a board member at GBW and has been responsible for the operations department since April 2009. Prior to that, he was a board member at IC Immobilien Holding in the investment, portfolio and asset management divisions.
PointPark Properties P3 – Nora Hategan has been appointed business development manager at the warehouse developer and asset manager, having been promoted within the company. She joined in 2010 as a leasing manager, and before that, worked in sales for a consultancy firm as well as in the media.
