HB Reavis has bought a London development site from London & Regional and Chelsfield.
The Slovakian developer will build an office and residential scheme and replace Elizabeth House in the UK capital’s South Bank area.
The firm said an 88,000sqm development has been granted planning permission.
The scheme will include 142 homes.
Tomas Jurdak, chief executive of HB Reavis in the UK, said: “The development provides a unique opportunity for us to deliver a building that will transform the area through our considered approach to development and placemaking.”
The firm, he said, is targeting “well-located sites in London with significant potential to deliver innovative, contemporary office schemes that employ the latest technology”.
