GLOBAL - Cushman & Wakefield, Crown Estate, Investment Property Forum, Thor High Street Advisors, RCLCO, First State Investments, Hamburg Trust, Laxfield Capital, Meyer Bergman

Cushman & Wakefield - Tina Reuter has been recruited as a partner and head of EMEA business development and client management for property and asset management. She joins from Jones Lang LaSalle, where she served most recently as head of property management Germany. Based in Frankfurt, she will take up her post in the first quarter of 2013 and primarily be responsible for Germany, northern Europe, Austria and Switzerland.

Crown Estate - Two new portfolio managers have joined the rural and coastal portfolio. Robin Clarke will become the manager for East of England, while Malcolm Burns will become manager for West of England and Wales. Clarke is currently a partner of Smiths Gore, where he has worked for 16 years. Burns has worked for the Co-operative Group since 2004 and is now land strategy manager there.

Investment Property Forum (IPF) - Dundas & Wilson's Stuart Tait appointed chair of the Scottish board of the IPF. A specialist in property investment and development, with more than 25 years' experience, Tait took up his 18-month term in July. Jason Baggaley of Standard Life Investments has been appointed vice-chair. 

Thor High Street Advisors - Matthew Seigel has been appointed executive vice-president. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as senior director within the retail services division.

RCLCO - Paige Mueller has been appointed director of institutional real estate advisory services. She joins from GIC Real Estate, where she served as a senior vice-president. Before then, she worked at LaSalle Investment Management, providing support for investment, brokerage, REIT and site selection teams.

First State Investments - Stephen Hayes has rejoined the company and been appointed head of property securities, based in Sydney. He left First State in 2006 to join another Sydney-based fund manager. He was hired after the resignation of Andrew Nicholas.

Hamburg Trust - Knut Riesmeier has been hired to support special fund sales. He joins from Munich Ergo Asset Management (MEAG), where he served as managing director. Before 2008, he was in charge of the global real estate portfolio of Munich Re.

Laxfield Capital - The debt origination, execution and loan management business has appointed Daniel Smith as head of origination. He joins from Eurohypo, where he was a managing director, originating and structuring a number of high profile transactions, and more recently heading up its UK restructuring unit.
 
Meyer Bergman - Hannah Warton and Kevin Kong have been appointed as analysts. Warton joins from QIC Global Real Estate Group in Australia, where she held the role of property management analyst. Kong joins from Citigroup to focus on investments on a pan-European basis.
