GLOBAL - PFA, Allianz Real Estate, BlackRock, Legal & General Property, GSW Immobilien, NCC Property Development, Real Estate Roundtable, Yielco, Fair Value REIT
PFA - Michael Willumsen is leaving his position as director of the Danish pension fund's real estate arm PFA Ejendomme, with effect from 1 August. PFA said Willumsen wanted to change his focus. He will not leave the company in August, however, but continue to carry out assignments and manage a number of the large property projects to ensure continuity and a smooth management transition, PFA said. PFA expects to appoint a new director to start on 1 January next year. In the meantime, PFA's head of real estate business Anne Dorthe Lillelund has been appointed temporary director of PFA Ejendomme from the beginning of next month.
Allianz Real Estate - The company's French division has named Sébastien Chemouny as head of asset management, promoting him from his role as head of property management. Prior to joining Allianz in 2009 as head of portfolio management, Chemouny worked at GE Real Estate and before then at UAP and Dexia.
BlackRock - Justin Brown has been named managing director within the asset manager's real estate team. Working alongside head of international real estate Marcus Sperber, Brown will work as portfolio manager of the BlackRock UK Property fund. He joins from UBS Global Asset Management and has spent some of his 18-year career at La Salle Investment Management.
Legal & General Property - Debbie Hobbs has been hired as sustainability manager, joining from Environ. She is charged with further integrating sustainability criteria into the business, reporting to director of asset management Paul Edwards.
GSW Immobilien - At its first annual general meeting following flotation, GSW agreed to reduce the number of its supervisory board from nine to six, with former Berlin senator Gisela von der Aue elected to the board.
NCC Property Development - Marius Møller has been promoted to president of Danish operations, replacing Nikolaj Hertel, who is resigning after 22 years with the company. Møller, who has been with NCC for 16 years himself, has previously worked at Rasmussen & Schiötz and will report to NCC's overall president Joachim Hallengren.
Real Estate Roundtable - The US advocacy group based in Washington DC has named Robert Taubman, chief executive and chairman of Taubman Centers, as chairman, succeeding Daniel Neidich.
Yielco - Armin Otterbach, formerly chief financial officer of Braun & Schreiber, joins as a partner, also taking on the role of CFO for the company. Otterbach, the company's fourth partner, joins a year after Yielco's foundation.
Fair Value REIT-AG - Frank Schaich has been re-appointed to the management board by an additional four years, taking his time with the company through September 2016. Prior to joining Fair Value in 2007 as chief executive, he worked at IC Immobilien Holding.
