GLOBAL - BNP Paribas Real Estate, Jones Lang LaSalle, Klépierre, CapMan, CBRE, Clarion Partners, Legal & General Property, Colliers International, Savills, International Sustainability Alliance.

BNP Paribas Real Estate - Paul Abrey is joining the institution's UK investment team as executive director and James Russell has been appointed director. Abrey will work directly with CEO John Slade, who was appointed four weeks ago, and Russell will join BNP Paribas Real Estate's national investment team, led by Paul Griffiths. Abrey was previously head of the commercial division at Chesterton Humberts, and Russell comes to the new role from Accrue Capital.

Jones Lang LaSalle - Tom Barton has joined the company's central London residential team as director - head of residential valuation, following 27 years as head of residential valuation at DTZ. Tom Upton has also been appointed to the team. He was previously at RBS.

Klépierre - Jérôme Bédier resigned as member of the supervisory board of the property group, following his appointment as secretary general of Carrefour Group.

CapMan Real Estate - Adam Nilsson has been appointed as analyst at CapMan Real Estate. He will focus on the analysis of property acquisitions and market research in the Stockholm office. Before joining the property company, Nilsson worked as an analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle in Stockholm. 

CBRE Global Investors - Je Wook Joung joins the investment management firm as business manager, investor services. Based in the London office, he will focus on supporting capital raising activities for EMEA investment programmes. Je previously worked at IPD.

Clarion Partners - David Lynn, managing director and head of research and investment strategy, has left the firm. He has been succeeded by Hugh Macdonnell, global head, client capital management.

Legal & General Property - Rob Martin has been promoted to the LGP board from the role of head of research, and Barbora Melezinkova has been appointed as performance analyst. Martin has worked at LGP since 2006, and was previously at Hammerson, while Melezinkova was an analyst at IPD.

Colliers International - John Verpeleti has been promoted to managing director investment services for Eastern Europe, in a move that expands his current geographic duties across the region. Before coming to Colliers International, he worked at AXA Real Estate Investment Management and DTZ. Separately, Sean Dowsey has been promoted to the position of managing director, real estate management services for Eastern Europe at the firm. At the moment, he leads Colliers International's asset and property management services in Central and Eastern Europe including Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia. Finally, Luke Dawson will become regional managing director for Colliers across South East Europe including Albania, Greece, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro and Croatia. Dawson is currently managing Director of the firm in Serbia and regional director of operations for Eastern Europe.

Savills - Dirk Hoenig-Ohnsorg has been appointed as director and will be based at the company's Munich office. Previously, Hoenig-Ohnsorg was a director in the transaction team at Pramerica Real Estate Investors in both France and Germany.

International Sustainability Alliance - Markus Reinert is joining the board of ISA as director. He is a partner and head of property & asset management and investor services at Cushman & Wakefield EMEA.
