GLOBAL - Assura, Barclays Wealth, CBRE, Cordea Savills, Cushman & Wakefield, Patrizia, IFM, TAG Immobilien, Goodwin Procter

Assura - Current director of sales and lettings at Grosvenor Britain and Ireland, Jenefer Greenwood has been appointed non-executive director at Assura. She will join the company's nomination, remuneration and audit committee.

Barclays Wealth - Former head of business development at Langham Hall, David Adler, has joined as head of real estate within the bank's wealth and investment management division. Prior to joining Langham Hall in 2008, he worked at PwC for more than a decade. 

CBRE - Neil Blake has joined as head of EMEA and UK research, having previously worked at Oxford Economics as director of economic analysis. Prior to joining Oxford, Blake was a founding director of Business Strategies Limited.

Cordea SavillsEsther Lewis has been appointed associate director of institutional business, joining from Future Capital Partners. In the past, she has worked for both healthcare partnership Circle and Unicorn Investments, as well as qualifying as a chartered accountant during her time at PwC.

Cushman & Wakefield - Dirk Schmitz has joined the Frankfurt-based investment department as an associate. He most recently worked at Hudson Advisors Germany as senior real estate asset manager.

Patrizia Immobilien - The German real estate manager has opened its London office, with James Muir joining from JP Morgan to oversee UK expansion. In his time at the bank, he specialised in real estate capital markets and mergers and acquisitions, first coming into contact with Patrizia during its initial flotation in 2006.

IFM Immobilien - Morten Bergesen has been elected chairman of the supervisory board, succeeding Gordon Rapp. Rapp, in turn, will assume Bergesen's former position as deputy chairman, with Bergesen remaining as chief executive of Havfonn. The supervisory board also named Kåre Krane as their preferred replacement for board member Eberhard Hascher, who is unable to stand for re-election.

TAG Immobilien - Current chief operating officer Claudia Hoyer has been promoted to the company's board, having been a board member at DKB Immobilien from 2010 - bought out by TAG earlier this year.

Goodwin Procter - Joining from Linklaters, Joe Conder has been named partner, working from the London office. At his previous company, Conder was head of UK investment as well as global co-head of its real estate sector group, At Goodwin Procter, he will focus on commercial real estate transactions across Europe, assuming his position once he has served his notice period.
