Invesco Real Estate - The company has made a total of 10 appointments across its European business, including Andrew Hills, who has joined as director of client portfolio management in the European product management team. Previously, he worked at Corestate Capital, where he was responsible for capital raising and investor relations. Hans-Peter Hermann and Erik Jacobs have joined the hotel fund management team as senior asset manager in Munich and transactions manager in London, respectively. Hermann joins from Arabella Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Jacobs joins from Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing. Christian Freundly has joined as a director of asset management in Munich, while Neehar Pattni arrives as an asset management analyst in London. Freundl previously worked for KGAL, and Pattni joins from Investment Property Databank. Daniel Köhler has joined as a financial officer in the Munich-based structured finance department. He previously worked in London for Landesbank Berlin and Bayern LB. Verena Lorenz and Dieter Zelser have joined as account managers within the fund accounting team. Invesco has also expanded its Luxembourg operations with the appointment of Fabrice Coste and Marion Genlaux, who both join from AIG Global Real Estate Luxembourg as general manager and senior fund finance manager, respectively.

Savills -  Four new staff members join the office agency and consultancy departments in Poland. Directors Mark Freeman and Tomasz Buras join the Warsaw-based office from King Sturge. Agency negotiator Dorota Lugowska and senior office agency negotiator Sebastian Swistak join the Wroclaw and Warsaw offices, respectively.

UNITE - The student accommodation developer and fund manager has announced a number of changes to its board, part of a wider reorganisation of its management. John Tonkiss, chief operating officer, will leave the company on 31 December. Richard Simpson, who has been development director for the past three years, will join the board and take on the role of managing director of the property division. Richard Smith, who joined UNITE in 2010 as deputy chief financial officer, will also join the board and assumer the role of managing director of the operations division.

Jones Lang LaSalle - David Green-Morgan joins as global capital markets research director. Green-Morgan is currently head of Asia Pacific research at DTZ, which he joined four years ago.

Zech Group - The firm is entering into the Spezialfond business in Germany. The new KAG business will be headed by Jan Dührkoop and Philipp Henkel, both of whom are shareholders.

Cushman & Wakefield - Javier Bernades has joined as associate and director of office agency in Barcelona, while Ignacio Acha has been appointed director of retail high streets in Madrid. Bernades has held management roles at Grupo Ferrer, Banesto and Century 21. Acha previously worked for The Phone House and Fasion Festa.
