GLOBAL - Composition Capital Partners, F&C REIT Asset Management, TimberWest

Composition Capital Partners - Julie Helweg has taken a position in the company's European deal team. Helweg's role will involve managing investments within Composition's existing Europe funds and research new investment opportunities for the upcoming third Europe fund. Helweg joins Composition from Property Group in Copenhagen, where she acquired and managed real estate in the Nordics.

F&C REIT Asset Management - Chris O'Connell has been appointed as an asset manager in the new London office of the fund management business. O'Connell was previously at Invista Real Estate Investment Management, where he held the position of associate director in the industrial property team.

TimberWest - Bev Park has been appointed as interim president and chief executive of Canada-based TimberWest Forest Corp. after the resignation of Paul McElligott. Park will assume her new position on 8 September. She is currently president and chief operating officer at Couverdon Real Estate, the property division of TimberWest, and before then was executive vice-president and CFO at TimberWest, a role she held for 10 years.
