REAL ESTATE – Ernst & Young have named Dean Hodcroft as its new head of Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction (RHC).
After 18 years with the firm, Hodcraft, 39, will now lead the 1,000-strong group for the UK and NEMIA region - which includes Northern Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa, the firm said.
He will continue to practice real estate tax but will now also be responsible for growing the business.
He’s worked with players such as GE Real Estate, Goldman Sacs, Lehman, Apollo and Network Rail.
He said: "I am delighted to have been appointed as Head of the RHC sector. We have a lot to be proud of among our people and client successes and I am relishing the challenge of further explosive growth."
