The recently separated pension funds of ING Bank and NN Group are among new investors in ASR’s Dutch residential fund.
ING CDC Pensioenfonds and NN CDC Pensioenfonds have each invested €30m in the ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund.
Dutch insurance company De Goudse has also invested €30m.
Pensioenfonds PNO Media has increased its existing stake by €10m to €40m.
As a result, the €800m fund, managed by the asset management arm of Dutch insurer ASR, has attracted €150m of external capital so far.
The fund owns 4,800 residential non-regulated rental properties, predominantly in the demographically and economically strong area of the Randstad.
Earlier this year, SPF, the occupational pension fund for physiotherapists, also participated in the fund.
