A Dutch institutional investor is looking for private equity real estate investment ideas in relation to a potential €100-€200m mandate via IPE Quest’s Discovery service.
According to DS-2486, the investor expects to make the commitment in the second quarter of next year.
It is interested in both open and closed-end residential funds of more than €500m. The risk profile can be core, core plus or value add.
The yearly net total return to investors should be more than 5% and portfolio-level leverage capped at 40%.
The investor’s geographic focus is OECD countries.
Fund managers should be signed up to the Principles for Responsible Investment and have at least one predecessor fund or a track record of at least five years.
