Blackstone has completed its purchase of a European property portfolio from German fund manager Real IS.

The pan-European, multi-sector Clover portfolio was sold out of the Bayerische Grundvermögen II fund for institutional investors.

The portfolio of 12 assets was worth €200m-230m, according to previous media reports.

Office, retail and logistics assets in France, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK make up the 168,700sqm portfolio.

Real IS board member Jochen Schenk said the portfolio offered investors an “excellent opportunity” to investment across a range of markets and sectors in a “very tight market environment”.

Tenants in the portfolio include REWE, Netto, Hermes, Dachser and Rhenus, as well as public sector authorities.
