Benson Elliot has expanded its Polish regional office platform with the acquisition of the newly completed Diamentum building in Wroclaw.
The UK-based private equity real estate fund manager said it invested €20m to acquired the 9,300sqm office building from Polish developer Cavatina.
The latest acquisition represents the fifth transaction in the firm’s Polish regional office strategy, the manager said.
Sharow Capital will manage the property, alongside the other properties in Benson Elliot’s Polish regional portfolio.
Benson Elliot’s Polish regional portfolio now totals 55,000sqm of office accommodation across Poland’s key regional markets of Kraków, Gdańsk, Łódź, Poznań and Wroclaw.
