Aprirose has sold a regional UK office asset for £77m (€97m) to Greenridge.
The European headquarters building of 3M, in Bracknell to the west of London, was sold to Greenridge.
Bik Bhuptani, director at Greenridge, said the company was targeting another £750m of acquisitions in the next 18 months.
Greenridge has typically invested in UK regional office and logistics properties.
Last year, it invested £227m in UK assets, according to its website.
The 172,000 sqft asset, on the Amen Corner Business Park, has been occupied by 3M since 2003.
Manish Gudka, chief executive at Aprirose, said the company, which has a £1bn portfolio, would continue looking for opportunities in the UK.
It has bought two assets in Scotland, investing in a 89,335 sqft office property in Aberdeen and a 23,000 sqft supermarket Lanark.
Aprirose owns seven other assets in Scotland, including offices and supermarkets in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
