Ramphastos Real Estate, the property investment vehicle belonging to Dutch investor Marcel Boekhoorn, has secured €500 mln in refinancing for the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven.
ABN Amro, Helaba and Berlin Hyp have jointly provided the syndicated, five-year loan.
ABN Amro is acting as lead coordinator and agent for the syndicate.
The High Tech Campus, which was designed for research and development, comprises 52 office buildings with a net lettable space of 273,000 m2.
The technology park is home to approximately 175 companies employing around 11,000 people, Ramphastos said.
