Real estate investment manager Kingstone Real Estate has expanded into the Benelux region in joint venture with real estate investment specialist, Jean Klijnen.
Kingstone Real Estate Benelux will be led by Klijnen as managing partner, based in Amsterdam. The joint venture will focus on residential and healthcare real estate, including apartments for senior citizens. The addition of other asset classes is also planned.

Klijnen is the co-founder and co-CEO of Panta Rhei Partners, a firm which has successfully initiated multiple funds, including those with an investment focus on the Netherlands. has over 40 years of experience in the fields of business development, investment and portfolio management.
His professional career includes executive positions with renowned financial institutions and real estate firms, including Rabo Real Estate and Bouwfonds Investment Management.
