Capreon, the real estate business of the Noé Group, is joining forces with VOF Brainport Industries Campus to further develop the Brainport Industries Campus in the Eindhoven region of the Netherlands.
Brainport Industries Campus currently provides 100,000 m2 of high-tech manufacturing facilities and was developed for a cost of €100 mln. The campus was opened in 2019 by King Willem-Alexander, as a keystone for the development of high-tech manufacturing within the Brainport Eindhoven region and currently hosts major global companies including KWME, Fluke Europe B.V., Siemens, KPN and Yaskawa
A Capreon spokesperson said that the financial details of the deal are being kept confidential.
In a statement, the buyer said that the asset and its focus on the future of high-tech real estate fits within the wider strategy of the Noé Group. ‘This partnership fits directly within our vision for the future of real estate here at the Noé Group,’ said Raphael Noé, Capreon - partner at the Noé Group. ‘The BIC is a model for blending the innovation of high-tech manufacturing facilities while encouraging the natural environment that could, and should, be replicated both within Eindhoven and around the world.’
