Vesteda, Grontmij, TH Real Estate, ILG Group, Unibail-Rodamco, CBRE, Simmons & Simmons, DLA Piper, Mercer Real Estate Partners, Castelforge Partners
Vesteda – Frits Vervoort has been appointed CFO. Rob Vroom, who fulfilled the role of interim CFO last year, will remain until January 2017. Vervoort was CFO and a member of the executive board at Grontmij until May this year.
TH Real Estate – Marta Cladera de Codina has been named head of Iberia, replacing Manuel Martin. She joined TH Real Estate in 2013. She replaces Martin, who will relocate to the US to take on the role of head of the south east for the US and Latin America at TH Real Estate. Martin will be based in Miami.
ILG Group – Karl Reinitzhuber, former chief executive at Unibail-Rodamco in Germany, has joined the advisory board. Reinitzhuber was chief executive of Unibail-Rodamco Germany from 2013 to 2016. He had previously served as CFO for two years.
CBRE – Virginia Huang has been appointed managing director and head of advisory and transaction services for Greater China. Huang started her career at CBRE in 1997. She was promoted to managing director of the Beijing office in 2013. Huang will maintain responsibility for the CBRE North China business until a plan is identified for her successor.
Simmons & Simmons – Richard Hopkinson-Woolley has joined the London office as a partner. Hopkinson-Woolley joins from DLA Piper.
Mercer Real Estate Partners – The UK private equity firm has changed its name to Castleforge Partners.
