RPMI Railpen – The multi-employer pension scheme for UK railway workers has hired Matthew Howard for the new role of head of property asset management. He reports to Anna Rule, head of property, who joined at the start of the year. He joins the £25bn (€28.8bn) scheme from Market Tech Holdings where he was head of asset management.

CBRE Global Investors – Klaus Kortebein is leaving his role as EMEA managing director of global key accounts. Kortebein joined the investment manager in 2014. He has also worked for Dream Unlimited and the Cromwell Property Group, as well as Morgan Stanley and Deka.

LaSalle Investment Management – Chris Zeuner has been named head of acquisitions for central Europe, northern and southern Europe. He was previously head of central Europe at LaSalle and joined in 2012. He has also worked for JER Partners, GE Real Estate and Cushman & Wakefield.

AXA Investment Managers-Real Assets – Jérôme Delaunay has been promoted to head of asset management and transactions for France. He joined the firm in 2009. Xavier Ramette has been appointed as a head of asset management in France. He joined the manager in 2013 and was previously deputy head of asset management for France. Antoine Mesnage, with the firm since 2006, has been appointed head of investments for France. Emilie Jaskula is taking responsibility for asset disposals for France, having joined in 2011.

Thor Equities – James Smith has been named executive director of asset management. Smith was previously senior transaction manager at Atrium European Real Estate in Amsterdam. Before that, he was in investment management at Balmain Asset Management and has also worked for Goodman and Europa Capital.
