PGIM Real Estate, M&G Real Estate, Dexus, Pantheon, Kajima
PGIM Real Estate – Cuong Nguyen has joined as head of Asia-Pacific investment research. Nguyen, based in Singapore, will also join the investment committee for the region. Nguyen was previously head of Asia-Pacific research and strategy for M&G Real Estate.
M&G Real Estate – Matthew Stone as been appointed head of long income real estate. Stone replaces Steffan Francis who retired earlier this year. Stone will lead the pan-European long income team. Stone joins from Kingfisher where he was group property director. His prior roles include head of EMEA Corporate Finance for Cushman & Wakefield and main board director for Nelson Bakewell.
Dexus – Michael Sheffield has been appointed fund manager of the firm’s Wholesale Property Fund. Sheffield is currently fund manager of Dexus’ diversified Australian mandate. He has previously held senior roles at Colonial First State, Investa, Commonwealth Bank and Lend Lease.
Pantheon – Evan Corley has been promoted to partner alongside several new senior hires. Corley, head of natural resources and based in the San Francisco office, has been with Pantheon for 12 years. Dinesh Ramasamy and Samayita Das have joined Pantheon’s San Francisco office as vice presidents. Ramasamy joined Pantheon from Goldman Sachs’ Global Natural Resources group while Das came from JP Morgan’s energy investment banking group. Shoshana Lubin joins as head of operations for the US in New York. Andrew Taylor has joined from M&G and Rishi Shah has joined from Duff & Phelps. Dominic Geddes joins Pantheon from Investec Asset Management, taking the new role as head of reporting, performance and analytics.
Kajima – Rebecca Massey has been appointed as PFI infrastructure asset manager on the Kajima partnerships team. Massey joins from South London Health Partnership where she was general manager.
