Grosvenor Fund Management, Bouwinvest, Patrizia Immobilien, Vonovia, Mayfair Capital, EQT Partners, Mercer, LaSalle Investment Management, Cohen & Steers, Greenwich Associates
Grosvenor Fund Management – Boris van Warmerdam has been hired by the UK firm from Bouwinvest. Grosvenor’s nine European vehicles will be overseen by van Warmerdam, with the firm’s asset management arm headed by Sara Lucas. As reported this month, van Warmerdam left his role as manager of global listed real estate at Bouwinvest and was replaced by Friso Berghuis.
Patrizia Immobilien – Michael Tegeder has been appointed head of investor relations. Tegeder was previously deputy head of investor relations and head of structured finance at Vonovia in Bochum. He has also worked for Primag in Düsseldorf and Cerberus in Frankfurt and Munich.
Mayfair Capital Investment Management – Graham Langlay-Smith has been appointed chief operating and compliance officer. Langlay-Smith joins from EQT Partners, where he was director of finance in its real estate division. He was previously chief financial and operating officer at Wainbridge and has also worked for Credit Suisse’s DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners.
Mercer – Caleb Brenneman has joined as a senior researcher focusing on US core real estate in Atlanta. Brenneman was most recently with LaSalle Investment Management’s separate accounts business. Prior to joining LaSalle in 2011, Brennaman worked with Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners as a development manager in Washington DC.
Cohen & Steers – Marc Haynes has joined the London office as head of institutional sales and client service for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Haynes joins from Greenwich Associates, where he served as managing director and partner. Prior to Greenwich Associates, he headed the life and pensions investment office at Friends Provident and before then worked at Schroders.
