Corpus Sireo has sold a German office portfolio for Aberdeen Asset Management.
The 79 properties were part of the Drive portfolio.
Benjamin Schreiber, account manager at Corpus Sireo Real Estate, said the sale of the properties was “challenging because the assets were mostly in part ownership or had a building lease agreed”.
The 85,000 sqm portfolio is mainly rented to Commerzbank.
Corpus Sireo has been part of Swiss Life Asset Managers since 2014.
