Irish real estate investment trust Green REIT is selling a €168.7m ($184.2m) mixed-use Irish portfolio.

The Irish property investment company appointed JLL to sell the Glas Collection portfolio of six properties.

Total annual rental income from the 69,677sqm portfolio is €11.5m.

Pat Gunne, chief executive at Green Property REIT Ventures, said: “We are bringing these assets to the market as part of our strategy to achieve our intended total gearing level of 25%.”

The company, he said, is making a number of asset disposals in 2016.

Four of the six properties are in Dublin and include the mixed-use Arena Centre.

The scheme, worth around €65m, includes five retail units, four retail warehouse units, three office blocks, a residential complex, a leisure facility and a 119-bedroom hotel.

Other assets include Classon House and Parnell car park, both also in Dublin.
