KanAm has sold a Paris office tower from its grundinvest fund.
The Tour Europe in Paris La Défense was sold to an unnamed US investor for an undisclosed price.
The asset was valued at €156m in the grundinvest fund’s 2015 annual report.
The former seat of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development was renovated and re-let.
The sale is KanAm’s seventh in the second half of this year from the fund, which is being liquidated in a process begun four years ago.
In July, the fund sold its only retail property, a shopping centre in Latvia.
It is also offloading a portfolio of five office properties in Paris, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
KanAm said the sales would achieve a total sales price of more than €1bn.
Around 80% of assets have already been sold, with contracts for two further properties under negotiation.
Parts of a diminishing residual portfolio of the fund’s remaining 10 assets are still being marketed.
