​Greystar adds Campus Offices to Dutch property portfolio

Greystar has expanded its Dutch property portfolio with the acquisition of an office building from M7 Real Estate.

M7 Real Estate Netherlands, on behalf of M7 Real Estate Investment Partners IV (EREIP IV) Dutch Propco 2, has sold the fully leased Campus Offices for an undisclosed sum.

M7 EREIP IV acquired the building in 2017 from Chalet XI.

The office building is located at Dalsteindreef 141-151 in Diemen and is around 3,670sqm with 56 parking spaces, M7 said.

Greystar currently owns and manages OurCampus Amsterdam Diemen, and is currently developing an additional asset known as OurDomain Amsterdam Diemen.
