Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC has partnered with Caleus Capital Investors to invest in offices in Germany’s capital city.

The partnership’s vehicle, Caleus Capital Partners GmbH & Co. KG, will be investing in assets in Berlin, with correctable impairments where sustainable value can be created through active asset management or a redevelopment strategy.
