Generali Real Estate has acquired two office buildings in France’s capital for an undisclosed sum.

The real estate asset manager said it bought Coeur Marais and Fhive in Paris’ Le Marais district.

The two properties are fully let.

Coeur Marais at 64 rue des Archives, has 13,200sqm of office space. Fhive, 5 rue Charlot, offers has an overall surface of 8,300sqm.

This operation is in line with Generali Real Estate’s strategy of investing in the main European cities, with a focus on prime office, high street retail and retail assets, it said.
