Hodes Weill – Ibtissem Sfaxi has joined the real estate advisory firm from Aberdeen Standard Investments. She will be a principal in the London offie with primary responsibility for coverage of institutions and family offices in the Middle East and Europe. Sfaxi was a senior business development manager and property product specialist at Aberdeen Asset Management, which this year was merged with Standard Life Investments.

Madison International Realty – Kyle Torpey has bee appointed director investments, joining the team responsible for transactions in the US and global markets. He comes from Goldman Sachs, where he was a vice president in the real estate investment banking division.

Allianz Real EstateAlexander Gebauer has been promoted to the role of chief executive of the newly-formed West Europe regional division. He will be based in the Paris office. Gebauer will leave his role of COO/CFO, but will remain as a member of the Allianz Real Estate board and executive committee. The new division will cover Allianz’s real estate activities in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal. As part of efforts to boost its presence in West Europe, Allianz Real Estate is also appointing Sebastien Chemouny as head of France, while Miguel Torres will continue in the position for Iberia. Andreas Steimel and Holger Braun will be promoted to the roles of COO and CFO, respectively, and become members of the global executive committee.

Deutsche Asset ManagementStéphane Begue has been appointed senior asset manager for France and Benelux at Deutsche Asset Management. He is joining the German company from Rynda Property Investors, where he worked for nine years. In a series of hires aimed at strengthening Deutsche AM’s French operation, the firm has also appointed Morgan Derrien as asset manager, France and Benelux, who previously worked at Deutsche Bank, and Caroline Evain as senior asset manager, France and Belux, who worked for Klépierre for 10 years. Thierry Wargnier is also moving to Paris to take up the role of debt originator, moving from the London office.

TA RealtyDevin Sullivan is joining as director of investor relations. Sullivan comes from Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, where he was a director of institutional services.

Delin Capital Asset Management — Don Bailey has been appointed as development director for the UK, based in London. He has  spent 15 years as a director oChancerygate.

TH Real EstateKatja Holmström has been appointed by TH Real Estate as senior portfolio manager, based in Finland. The company is opening a new office in Helsinki. Holmström comes from Sponda, where she was head of leasing.

KanvestKevin Kanaan is launching a new Paris-based consultancy business specialising in commercial real estate investment, and will take the role of president. Kanaan has nearly 10 years’ experience in the European financial and real estate markets. The company will start operations from October.

Savills Investment ManagementPaul Devonshire has been hired as head of Middle East. He comes from PGIM Real Estate, where he worked for nearly 18 years and founded its Middle East business.

Fidelity InternationalMirjam Raschka, Maarten Frouws and Christopher Lyon Lynch are joining as Fidelity International looks to bolster its asset management and investment operations for its euro-zone commercial real estate portfolio. Based in Munich, Raschka is taking on the role of asset manager for Germany and the Netherlands. She comes from Hannover Leasing where she was an asset manager. Frouws joins from Bouwfonds Investment Management where he was a senior acquisition manager. Lyon Lynch has been appointed asset manager for France and Belgium, working out of Paris. He was most recently at the French asset management team of Ivanhoé Cambridge.

PantheonRichard Sem has been hired as partner within tje global infrastructure and real assets investment team. Tatjana Van Vloten is also coming to the firm as vice president and Radhika Patel is joining as an analyst. All three will be based in Pantheon’s London office. Sem previously worked at FSC Capital Partners. Van Vloten joins from IFM Investors, and Radhika Patel was previously at Accenture Consulting.
